Good video, really trying to work on my smash. Will keep these tips in mind
Thank you so much
Clear and succinct 👌! Thank you for your videos.
Welcome, happy you enjoy them ☺️
Hey, my issue with the smash is a little more unique. my contact point is usually correct, I close / pull down my wrist when I contact the shuttle as opposed to my palm facing outwards at the end of the stroke. Any ideas on how to lock the wrist while smashing to avoid losing power ? thanks in advance, and much love to the channel.
Could it be you are missing to follow through with your arm and rotation?

What do you think is better between aerobite vs aerobite boost?
Actually, I don’t know. We’re focussed on our own products, so haven’t tested these two actually. However, aerobite is a good string I might say ☺️
Hello, can I ask one question if it is important to generate power from the right leg, that is, lower the knee before the kick
I'm not fully sure I understand the question right. Could you try again and I would be happy to answer
Yes its important. Infact most smash power came from legs / movement of legs
Whenever I smash my elbow paining so much I don't what happens. Please reply
I do 2 and 3 but don’t realise it playing the stroke. It’s worse if trying too hard.
Time to practice, start focussing on using your body and relaxing in your movement !
The out of balance point is on point lol Could you please do a video on different ways to respond to an attacking clear?
Let us try and work on that ☺️
