Yes my family has constant failure especially in marriage and financially and no good living especially for the females we get all the fight especially from the family .
Spiritual dna? She is saying that we all sin, and we can break a curse. But no one will want to marry us? Its double sided. This sermon I have had to stop several times and I started to cry. Because everything I tried, I failed. I keep trying. It hurts me people treating me the way she talks about her son's potential wives to solve a generational curse. I am a good person. I deserve love as anyone. To say because a generational curse happened to me, that I don't deserve love, friendship, family, or a way to survive, is crippling.

There are only 2 verses in the Bible that I can find that speaks of God cursing generations of families and He is VERY SPECIFIC that it only applies to those who HATE Him or those who are in sin.
There is NO scripture in the Bible anywhere where God said that he curses His children. In fact the Bible is very clear that as His children we are blessed. In fact the Bible is clear in stating that what God has blessed no man can curse.
I challenge all of these "big named preachers" to prove me wrong.
cyrilturner Literally the entire Bible is a case study of blessings and cursings. There isn't a single book in the Bible that doesn't touch on this. There really is no need to try to prove you wrong.

Allan Bodington You are indeed correct. God did curse Cain. You are just proving my point. Show me where God directly states that he has or will curse his children. Just one. I am not talking about the children of Israel. They obeyed and they disobeyed. The only times God dealt harshly with them was to bring them back into line. He never cursed them. Not once. No where in the Bible does it show that God curses his children. The scripture you cited doesn't even come close to speaking about the bride of Christ. Find Where He curses the Bride or ever will.
You have to go back to the beginning of man to Adam the fall. it is where God curse Adam and eve for disobeying and eating from the fruit . read Genesis 3 verses 14-19 there is the curse the fall.
Allan Bodington: Again, please show me and everyone else where God specifically cursed those that are under the blood. It is nowhere in the Bible. Every scripture you have cited has to do with people that are in sin ie: not under the blood.

Paula, very good message, very powerful. Thank you and God bless you! One thing I want to say - please pay attention to basic things - like you mike if you are recording it. The message is really hard to listen to because the volume jumps 8 out of 10 scale. I have to adjust volume 20 times throughout your message - don't yell in mike when you hold it 1" from your mouth. (Somehow you always talk not so loud when you hold mike 12" from your mouth.)
Geo Meaner compressor/limiter + eq may help during recording or in post-production.
It might be a little difficult on Paula's behalf to be mindful of microphone distance when she is surging with the Holy Spirit and imparting valuable spiritual revelation. Thought some other possible solutions might help. God bless

Great message on breaking generational curses. Although I will point out that the Hebrew word used for "house" in Joshua 24 is not generation. It is the Hebrew phrase וּבֵיתִי which comes from the root word בֵּית (pronounced "bayt") which actually means family or a literal house. In this context Joshua is obviously referring to his family. The Hebrew word used for generation is דּוֹר pronounced "dor". Hope that helps.

Generational curse is as old as the the Bible. Adam and Eve sinned against God, the punishment was Kain killing Abel, Abe, was innocent, but ended up dead meat for sins committed by his parents, and so on. That sin is basically our general generational curse, we all suffer from it.
How can a new creation be under a generational curse? The old man is dead. You are a new creation in Christ. New covanant.
David Mclelland You are, but you do not get delivered from all demons that same moment you create new covenant with Christ. In fact, it is only the beginning. A mark point is baptism and then after you get the Holy Spirit, which helps you fight the final battle against demons. There is an order to all this.

David Mclelland scripture is full of gen. Curses example. Lord said in one instance he curses 3 or 4 generations if some transgression occurs. I do not remember where ut was. Gen. Curse happened already to adam and eve. They sinned and their son killed their other son.
