Easy pie making - simply delicious!
In today's video, I clean my silver jewellery and make three delicious pies. Come along with me as I spend a productive Sunday afternoon in the kitchen.

Wonderful party photos - beautiful family! Love that silver cleaning hack - works a treat! You can use the courgettes (zucchini) to make a lovely quick bread - freezes beautifully.

Hello Helen, I just tried your silver cleaning hack! Wow! A fantastic result on a black silver bracelet! I used a tin foil dish with a dollop of bicarbonate , hot water and amazing results. I’m going on a hunt for more of my old silver jewellery now! Thanks for the hack… keep them coming😀 xx

Thank you for showing me how to make a pie. You can make it with anything. I love fresh spinach and feta together. I could also make the filling and then put the pastry over it. I have made a fresh spinach and feta quiche, but I like the one you made. My husband does not like Feta, so I can substitute another cheese. I also make Shepards Pie, but I have never put pastry over it. I usually cover it with mashed potatoes, but I will try this one instead. So, two easy and yummy dinners I have learned how to make today. I knew about that cleaning silver trick. I need to do my silver. You do not look too young to wear any jewelry. I like that piece you put on is beautiful! xoxo.

Amazing cleaning trick , saves spending all that money on silver cleaners . I used bicarbonate soda , on my cooker glass . Made a paste , & left it on for a while . Very good .

That silver hack......who knew 😳, will pass that on to my daughter as she wears a lot of silver. Saturday was a complete washout, we went to my daughters in Basingstoke for family BBQ. It rained all day (and all the way home to Somerset 😩), so had to have an impromptu indoor BBQ 😂.

Loved this I forgot about the silver hack I did it a while back with a little milk jug thanks for reminding me Oh Helen nice gift of your children Vienna. For my 40th twenty odd years ago my hubby got me a trip to Vienna ascot tickets Wimbledon tickets & tickets to a concert needles to say I couldn’t go as my mum passed away the week I should have gone managed to get to ascot a few times & Wimbledon but not Vienna you must get some lovely pics to share x

When I make pies we have half for tea and then usually the day after we have just a piece of cold pie for lunch. Which believe it or not is really nice. I'm with you on the pie thing. Putting casserole on a plate and shoving a piece of pastry on top is just blumin' lazy in my book. Even a pie without a bottom isn't a proper pie. I'm a Lancashire lass so like your son-in-law we like a proper pie up North, with a top and a bottom ❤❤
