    WHAT I USED
    •13 packs of freetress waterwave hair
    •1 [3bundle] pack of Cuban twist hair
    •Shine and jam (magic fingers) red
    •Shine and jam mousse (red)
    She has a total of 34 Locs in her head
    I used the hair color #27 for both packs

    I love these type of butterfly locs(The fluffy/“lamb skin”/sherpa looking ones)
    Other people make their butterfly locs look like barbed wire lol

    I’ve done these twice now on myself but I keep having issues with them slipping down and revealing the braid underneath. Do you have any advice ? Yours are the best I’ve seen 😍

      try wrapping tighter on the root/beginning of ur hair (i wrap 3-4 times on the root before starting) it helps .. with ur braid revealing maybe you didn’t wrap close enough or something?

    Beautiful! Is the hair just over your thumb when you wrap to make them distressed? Your actually forcing your thumb through to separate the hair to create a loop. Thank you. I love your method.

      2 months max & apply mousse when it starts to look a little frizzy n make sure you wrap it every night

    when I wrap the hair around with the water wave hair, how do you not make it slip and slide at the root? When I first started doing Locs it does that and now I use course spring twist hair to do the root then I add the water wave hair on and continue doing the loc, when I try your method it doesn’t stay, the hair is so silky how do I perfect this?

      You can do the spring twist method if that makes you feel comfortable with the security of the style

    How do you get the parts to stay slick? I always find that they start coiling back up, even when I use the jam😭

    With the Marley hair you never said if you had the piece evenly or if one side was longer then the other side.
