Iss surah mey khuda ny nafs e mutmina ko khuda ki taraf palat aanay ka kaha .

بلاوجہ قسم نہ کھایا کرو اگر کھاؤ اُسے پورا کرو یا پھر اُس کا کفارہ ادا کرو اور جو کفارہ ادا نہ کرے گا اُس کا وبال اُس کی جان پر یا پھر اُس کے اہل و عیال پر ہوگا اور جسے کفارہ ادا کرنے کی استطاعت نہ ہو وہ دو رکعت نفل ادا کرے بے شک اللہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
