I am female chef living in new zealand. I am always busy. The breakfast just boiled eggs or avocado or can tuna with fruits. When day off i will make breakfast for my bf. Chicken sandwitch is his favorite. Garlic butter English muffin, mashed avocado with lemon juice salt pepper, marinated chicken breast, caramelized onion, tomato and tiny bit mayo and tomato relish done. Finished around 6 mints

Bare hands, raw ingredients sitting in the open, flies all over the place, sweating in the food, touching themselves, etc... There's a reason it's cheap besides the low quality ingredients and adulterated oils...

The guy charges rs 60 for 15 minutes work. His labour cost: rs 240 per hour, take away rs 100 for ingredients, .. poor guy is working at rs 140 per hour , and can make max 4 dishes per hour! This artisan dish should be served in 5 star restaurant and charged according to proper skilled chefs rates...
Ahhh what a calculation ...amazing ....top notch ...but then ...shouldnt we feel ashamed abt calculatingthe poor guys earning according to customer's or ...to that of the hrs he works ...also why is this calculations applicable only to lame n weak ppl...why is this calculation not applicable on higher ranked white collar jobs ???? Shame of us🤦

A 5 star hotel chef would never cook a dish like this because this is just a mess. The chefs in 5 star hotels have studied the flavors for so many years and they know the balance of each of them. This dish is just a pile of ingredients with no personality at all.
