Sorry for the late response. I don't know, but Vue CLI already has CSS loader so if it isn't working when you use other tools to scaffold the project, you probably need it.

Zulfati, what do you think, can you justify the use of AOS? all provided animations in AOS, can be executed in CSS(only, without using JS).
