Thank you for this activity it seems interesting but it would be nice to emphasis what is being developed by this team building challenge. It is annoying the cultural comments about women. I am Irish with Malaysian family and it is not degrading for women to wear a headscarf. It is degrading if culturally women are made to wear head scarfs.
Some 70-80 years ago, an european woman, even if from an urban background, if visiting the country side, would have to wear a scarf. Suddently today, it is not acceptable if a woman outside Europe wears a scarf.
