I could of sworn one of the debunkers mentioned once that Airbnb has a no filming for commerical use policy. If they are a private/not associated with Airbnb however it may not be an issue.

What I found the most irritating is that I want to believe in this stuff. So do a lot of people. And maybe the Paranormal is real and maybe it isn't but frauds like Jasko don't help the situation at all. #BSJASKO I've never stayed at an Air B&B but why would you allow guests to access that dump of a basement? I'm not saying the basement needs to be finished but it should be clean and tidy if guests are allowed access it for a washer/dryer. If the only stuff in the basement are the home's mechanicals, I'd want that kept behind a locked door with a sign saying no access. Otherwise it looks like a nice average house.
