    65, oily, with fine lines. This is foundation number 16 in four months. Many of the other foundations/ cc creams settled in my fine lines and made me look even older. This and the lumi foundation may be my holy grails. Not sure how these will be in summer. But thrilled right now.

      Thank you. I wore it today - a hot day - and it felt lightweight and looked good all day.

      @@gloryb-tv have you tried to out the foundation on the back of your hand or palette and coat the sponge first with the product? That seems to have helped my foundation not lift and blend a lot smoother when I go in with a sponge. Some of those sponges will just lift your base right up and keep pigment from reapplying where it lifted. It’s really annoying. To keep coverage too, I’ve found applying it with a brush then going back over it with a damp sponge helps give me the coverage I want while picking up and excess with the sponge. Also, have you tried 30 Rose Beige? I’m just wondering which would work better (I think we are the same shade match) and I too have so much trouble finding a real cool shade that’s not too pink or a neutral or warm that doesn’t lean too yellow or orange (especially after it oxidizes.) I go outside and am like LAWWWRD have mercy this is way too dark and not my undertone at all, but inside and in store it looks to be a good match.😂 the rose beige seems to work really well for me and seems a little more peachy than the rose ivory oddly enough.

    Hi! I just purchased this foundation and LOVE it!!

    Looking from afar it does look like you’re between a cool and neutral because your neck and chest look yellow next to your cool face (after you apply the foundation).
    I’d try blending the cool Rose Ivory with the neutral Ivory to get a closer match to your skin tone.
    Thank you for the video. Helped me decide which color I am 🎉

    I use the Rose Ivory colour. It works well but it stings if I get it in my eyes. Stings a lot.

    Question??? did you prefer the Dermablend Foundation Drops better than the Age Perfect?

    • @gloryb-tv
      @gloryb-tv  Před 3 lety +1

      I like them both, but for different reasons. If you're on the fence about trying these, start with the least expensive first. If you buy from a store with a good return policy (Ulta, Walgreens, etc.), if you don't like it after trying it, you can return it.

      @@gloryb-tv Thank you I went ahead and purchased the Dermablend and love the way it feels and looks on my face. It is like I am not wearing any foundation at all. I have never really worn a lot of foundation (but for special occasions) just under-eye cover and have got away with it for years, people would always tell me I had great skin and could not believe my age, however that is no longer the case so your input for ladies our age is so very helpful. Thank you!

      It pretty much does. I'm currently creating 4 videos where I compare two or three foundations in the same video, showing close-ups of my skin in the afternoon and evening. This L'Oreal serum foundation will be a part of that.

    You are a fair olive skintone. You need green!

    It looks great on you but honestly all those brushes & stuff isnt practical for a working mom. Why not just spray your face all over when you finish instead of putting a tiny bit on you brush, then using fingers & sponge ....way too much. You would look just a good without all that extra stuff.

    I think this is the worst foundation I have ever used. I'm 53 and never have I had a foundation make me look so much older and more wrinked than this one.
