Here is my much too serious analysis of this skit: I genuinely love how this video tackles how we form our identity based on the choices we make. If you get too in your head about it, you'll realize that pretty much everything you do is influenced by some prior sensation/impression and that everything has some kind of precedence. You can't make any choice in a vacuum. If we could purely "choose" what we loved without influence, then the choice would be completely random.
So the ending, absurd as it is, makes sense if you abandon all prior knowledge about the world. Not looking at the road and embracing the consequences in the name of not being beholden to precedence. Of course, even the decision to recklessly abandon all common sense about driving is a decision influenced by the discomfort of realizing all of your decisions are influenced. Even that decision is based on a chain of cause and effect. Ignoring precedence doesn't allow you to escape the reality of influence.

The violin version came out first (it is not a remix) and Brandon Flowers wrote Human to it and then made it with his band (The Killers). Look things up on Wikipedia before you embarrass yourself again
