Can anyone please translate what they're saying each time they strike? At first I though it was just a wordless yell like the 'kiai' of karate but i noticed more than one word. The main one they say most of the time sounds like oh-way? but I also noticed something like chi-bahai and another that sounds like mm-bai or something? So it sounds like they're saying words when they strike?
I might be wrong, but I heard Thai fighters will call out their strikes during sparring to keep things relatively light and playful. They might be saying body blow, teep kick, etc.

They are little girls, a 100% hit from them is the equivalent of a middleweight man going 20% so they can spar harder to the body and legs without seriously injuring each other.
This is light. Western sparring feels like they are killing you. 😂 Try to use "skill" like a sweep or clinch. They get mad and start going 100%.
