    Watching here from Southeast Asia, bread is seen more as a dessert or a snack. Rice is life here. 😅

    Rice and corn? Life without or very little bread is fine; however, at some point this video has to get away from the marketing to the history. I would think the potato would be better as an 'ultimate' food source.

    Any shop that gives warm fresh bread in a plastic bag is a complete ignorant because it gets ruined with condensation!

    Bread baking should be part of the basic education. A mill should a common household appliance. It is sad that climate change was promoted rather than the more important matters of tainted flour they caused inflammation all the while wheat itself gets the blame when it is the additives.
