You had the error at 8:42 about data types not matching between source and powerbi integraiton:

Hi, this video is very useful.I am looking video for bulk data upload for write back to dabase based on ID Cloumn

JUST A QUESTION WHY ARE DATASET STILL NOT EDITABLE OR CAN'T DATA TABLE BE ADDED OR LOOKED UP
I need some help. When you create a new Ticket_ID in the fact table, you need to manually create a corresponding Ticket_ID in the ticket status table, otherwise the PowerApp in PBI will display "Getting your data...". Any suggestions on how to achieve this automatically?
My ticket status table is a SharePoint list.
did u have any success in finding the answer? if yes, can u share links or navigate

Thanks for this tutorial but why didn't you delete this _ in forms of power instead of having Ticket_ID you will have Ticket ID can you change this or not ?
I have followed the steps but instead of using a SQL server DB, I am using a Sharepoint list as my Datastore. The list only has 1 data row with column being a choice column of TEXT values, 4 color names and a None choice option. I didn't select new app when I added and connect the powerapp object in PowerBI, instead I had one already made and selected add instead of new. I can bring in my powerapp into PowerBI, but it only shows the first or top listed screen. I also have connected to my sharepoint list as a DB connection and see the table listed on the right data pane. I can not, however, bring in any field into the view. It doesn't register the Sharepoint table at all in my DAX editor selection , unless I add an aggregate ie sum or min/max. My one field that I need to use, the one column in my sharepoint list being populate by the use input into my powerapp screen, is a choice column in Sharepoint, it is a string or text data type and powerBI thinks I need to aggregate so I need a number. My goal of this project is to set a conditional statement to change or set a specific background color to an item or viz that coordinates with the color selection my user inputs. I don't see how I can leverage the powerapp in this way if powerBI only allows me to use a number field. In your example, you are bringing over text / comments in your PowerBI view from the input in your powerapp, but this is stored in SQL server where you have set the table column data types. Does using SQL server make the difference? I forgot I mention that I am trying to create a measure using the text field from my Sharepoint list connection to conditionally set the background color of the view object I bring into the Power BI view/screen.
👍
Hi, When I submit the form it give me a patch function error as am not a Power Apps expert. Could you please help me how to fix this error?
“Network error when using Patch function: The requested operation is invalid.”
8:33 When I am applying the lookup formula, it is showing "We didn't find any data". And no data is getting retrieved in the Ticket_ID.
Nice video. I am using personal gateway. Will it work?
Yes it will
HOW TO DO WITH EXCEL? LIKE I CREATED A FILE IN EXCEL CONTAINING SR.NO, ITEM_CODE, USER EMAIL,COMMENTS AND ADDED THAT IN SHAREPOINT AND CONNECTED TO POWERBI WHERE I DROPEED ITEM CODE FROM POWERBI BUT WHEN I TRY TO CALL IT IN THE EXCEL FORM IT DOESNT WORK.COULD YOU MAKE A VIDEO ON THIS?
What is compatible connector or combination of connectors for Power BI version 2.128.952.0 (Latest version)? I want to connect Power BI to MySQL Server for data import. I have tried different ODBC connectors but no success. A response on this would be appreciated.
You don’t need to install anything separately
it is showing me an error at this stage
LookUp(nonmodule,CareersettingsID =First([@PowerBIIntegration].data).CareersettingsID)
can anyone help me with this
@@vickyv9654 Yeah Actually first you need to publish the report
then go to the edit mode after that edit the Powerapp visual then it will redirect you to the powerapps after that you will be able to establish a connect between powerBI and PowerApps
same here, have u found a solution?
