43:32 - Serious flaw in logic. Not sure what people are those giving their hard-earned money to a loser like this. No one in the world can guesstimate 50 years of cash flow like that. It's just common sense. Unfortunately, common sense is not as common among peddlers like Pabrai.
I bought 2 bitcoin at $40,000 wanting to exit with at least $200,000 but at the moment i am worried that bitcoin won't get to $100k in this bull run, as post halving has not seen bitcoin break its ATH. I need advice, should i cashout now and put my money in safe investments or still hang on?
Don't sell! I believe Bitcoin will reach $150k this bull run. If you're unsure, consult a financial advisor who specializes in crypto investments for their clients.
I was in a similar situation a few years ago; I took profits, but it went higher. Realizing I wasn't good at timing the market, I started working with an advisor, which helped me build a $1.6m stock and crypto portfolio. It all comes down to insight and patience. Remember, time in the market is better than timing the market.
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since this is an online forum and everyone situation is unique, but I've worked with "Victoria Louisa Saylor" for years and highly recommend her. Look her up to see if she meets your criteria.
Thank you Mohnish for sharing your wealth of knowledge. Great thoughts of the future of the American market versus the Indian market. Please talk about your take on the Chinese markets. Seems like they are super cheap and you used to be well invested in Naspers with their play in Tencent. Sounds like China big tech is a no brainer. Buy when others are fearful.
If you look at JD's current situation: Cash and equivalents of 11.6b plus short-term investments of 16.2b minus 5.2b in total debt: $14.4/share. FY23 free cashflow: 7.2b Net cash + 2.5 years of free cashflow equals the entire 40b market cap. This is not too different from IPSCO, is it?
Between his previous upload and this one, Mohnish sold a lot of coal shares. He went from 30% allocation to the 20% allocation he mentioned in this video in just one month time.
His Reysas stock peaked on July 9th when this video was filmed, so I think it’s more a case his Turkish allocation grew much larger that he sold much coal
Sorry, what company is expected to produce 1b in cashflows per year, does buybacks and traded for 2b last year? AMR or ARCH only produced that kind of cashflow at the lunatic coal prices we saw in 2022. Average cashflows are not even half of that
Well, I picked the challenge to put my finances in order. Then I invested in cryptocurrency, stocks, through the assistance of my discretionary fund manager
The first step to successful investment is figuring your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but it's very advisable you make use of professional.
Thank you for sharing Mohnish 🥳

Invest in what you understand!

Stephanie Aaron Trentham.
This is correct, Stephanie strategy has normalized winning trades for me also and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started.
