Problem is not about change it's purposely billing planning problem, Most of the time bills will be like 11, 19,21,24,29 , I travel to village and the bus fare is 62 either make it 60 or 65 and let it go to govt

Well done ,these bmtc conductor needs to be taught good lesson.This action will send strong messsage to them. Recently a conductor dint give 5Rs change to me. I travelled from kodigehalli to nes stop paid 20Rs ,ticket issued was 15Rs,when asked change he shouted at me saying where will i get change. When my stop came i asked him he took my ticket and torned it and gave me and least bothered to give change. Hence left bcos i had to catch train.

This is true ,really appreciate that man ,not only single day for me every time this is happening ,soo many conducters I saw if they have change also they will not give ,some times they will tack money but they won't give ticket .and they will talk soo rudely, by bus only i can go duty, because of this condecter and drivers daily i fell very bad.

This is so common, Conductors deliberately don't give change and stay away from the commuters when they are about to get off. Few conductors are very harsh. These conductors would let go of one rupee, though they would have gulp much more from other commuters
