Do you think that this will increase the wages of hygienists that are seeking to work for Dentists? A few Dentists/ Office Managers that I have spoken to said that it's really hard to find a Hygienist right now, even before this change in self initiation.

What is this law called? I’m planing to start school for RDHAP (alternative practice/mobile) in January in the U.S. I want to look it up for my country to see if it’s being talked about. If so, I guess there’s no point of going back to school since I’m already a hygienist. Thank you!

Depends on location! Usually you need to take the dental hygiene program entirely, not fast tracking anymore
