Have a 300 rr but last year picked up a 200 rr and it's really impressive when on the pipe!!
Never really got on the 300 hard ( I'm 59 !) until 2 weeks ago when we were the first bikes to go over Redcone Peak in Colorado. Usually can do a fun loop from there over Radical Hill then down Webster Pass. But when we got down to the top of Webster Pass from Redcone a 40' high snow drift kept us from going down. Signs say One Way at bottom of Redcone but technically not illegal to go up, but never known or seen anyone going up. It is really steep! But I found out how much a pinned 300 with a dialed in JD Jet kit can do!
THAT was fun!

i have a 2008 KX125 and it runs like a champ
2X in history the motocross de nations was won on a special blue printed and tricked Honda CR 125 2 stroke they can naviagte the turns and are a power house in the right hands .Being lighter makes it less physically exhausting and is real pocket rocket with the right rider and set up. The new KTM 150 are bad azz fast as well making over 42 hp as much as a 250 of course this is on top you got keep the toy wound up

It seemed like Preston was full-gassed throughout this heat, but he was still passed by a fellow 2-stroker (150cc maybe?) and after a few laps, there was nobody else in sight. It seemed like Preston's 125's top-end speed just wasn't enough to keep up with the front runners after awhile, even though he was killin' it? What do you think, guys?

Look at that other 2-stroke if you can ride a 2-stroke will beat a 4-stroke everytime.
