Over ear or on ear depends on ear size. On most medium size ears it can be over ear. Going to pin 📍 comment regarding aux latency.

yes white is good. bas white color in general jaldi har headphone me dhool matti se jaldi ganda dikhne lagta hai agar frequently oily hands se pakde ya oily head pe use karein, to thoda cautiously use karein white color headphones.
