Follow Alice as she chases a time obsessed rabbit, clique your fingers to a bouquet of snooty flowers, and laugh at a pair of apologetic Tweedles. Experience the wonders of her imagination when she plays a game of Operation Rabbit, sings along with a caterpillar who thinks she's Queen Latifah, and battles wits with the Queen of Hearts.
It was a show for all kids and a great success - congratulations to our 2012 Genesian Players!
Tbh the best character is this was probably the girl who played the catapillar she had the most energy

Stop with all the hate! Yes, they're not amazing but this is a school production, what do you expect? In particular I'd like to note that the Caterpillar was very VERY professional and has such an amazing voice!!
It's not that it's a school play and it's unprofessional. It's that it's obvious they don't enjoy acting, or their role. I'm doing the same play and everyone enjoys it, and loves their fellow actors.

Alice is so pitchy. I loved the caterpillar and rabbit because they were on the right pitch and had a lot of enthusiasm. The queen could reach the high notes which is good, but she needs to show that she's mean! The queen of hearts isn't supposed to be nice sounding!!!! ARGGGG. I was the queen of hearts in my production and it was really fun.
The caterpillar had the best acting! Amazing job with the Zippa-Dee-Doo-Dah performance :')

Yes, my production needed to create the props. We look so happy to be there, cause we are. We auditioned for a reason, obviously. To enjoy the play we're in. I don't even have my costume yet, and the play is in 2 weeks.. This production (video) was just bored outta their minds.

i watched this because we are doing it in out own local play! (I'm medium Alice, but that doesn't matter) and in this production i have to say my favorite character was the white rabbit, Alice seemed snooty and sassy, which is the flowers job, no offense to anyone who liked her. :)
I was in this play my 7th grade, in 2008 and this just took me back in time. I was just ensemble so I could barely remember anything about this Musical except I remember being either a fish or a lobster during the race thing. But when I watched this I was able to sing all the songs😭😍
I'm the catipiller and I got to blow bubbles and I said to Alice"GIRL U GOT TO TRY! I yelled to much it was funny and I was really sassy it was so much fun. Another time I was a walking fish and the cause race at the beginning I was popping bobbles it's so much fun

Same! We call it the "Playground" I'm Cheshire Cat 1! We braid hair in a line since there are 3 of us. The White Rabbit runs around, king and queen fight, Tweedle Dee and Dum play hand games, the tea party people + the dodo bird act crazy. The caterpillar, small Alice, and big Alice walk around shaking their fingers and the cards men play cards.

I'm Cheshire Cat 2! Here's a tip for anyone playing the Cheshire Cats: Try to say certain lines with certain emotions. Like this play, "And there was much rejoicing!", sounded bored. Great job, HFCS!

the heights are different. regular Alice is taller than Tall Alice, and the costume fabrics are different blues.

I’m doing this for my production and the last show is at the end of the week, I’m really happy that I have great props from teachers and also the actors/kids are great at singing.
My baby was in this production! So proud of my baby, she had her first women's time during zipididodah, covered in blood. But nothing better than a girl come of age, so proud of our baby doll.

In our production, I played as The Mad Hatter.. I loved getting to be such a ridiculous fun character.. We adapted it from the script, as the Un-Birthday Scene was a huge game of musical chairs.. Throughout I stood on the table, kicked things off, and it was just utter madness.. Highly recommend this musical, if it's done right it's super fun for everyone involved!!

I'm Tweedle Dum! Our Director made the Queen of Hearts really short so (We'ee using a stepped stage with blocks and stuff) So whenever someone gets taller then the queen, she immediately steps above them xD And whenever she look at the king he drops to his knees xD Also my bff, who coincidentally is playing the queen of hearts and thought the backup people were people who didn't get in xD. At our school its compulsory to be in the musical but not compulsory to audition so we have like 70 people behind the main actors singing the backup parts xD

I just did this play 5 days ago and I was the Mad Hatter, we practiced 4 times a week for 12 weeks with only 4 performances, Any advice for anyone playing the Mad hatter, be crazy but keep it under control, u have to make sure the audience can understand what your saying, make sure u enjoy it while u can cuz I miss it like crazy
