The younger grandchildren growing up and having children of their own. My dad has missed his great great grandchildren. My mom is still alive so it was possible. I am so sorry you will miss this part of their lives. When your wife joins you in heaven, she will tell you all about it. RIP Toby

Years ago in early to the mid 90's I was in Nashville Tennessee for fan fair & I had the amazing opportunity to go to the Grand Ole opry & it just happened that Toby Keith was a guest there that night. Well anyway when the MC introduced Toby keith he wasn't a major star yet but here he was with a broken leg sticking completely out straight as he wheeled himself out on stage & still put on one hell of a show. My heart is completely broken for his mother, wife, kids & his friends. I feel blessed to have watched this immensely talented good man perform like a bad ass before he became a country music legend. Yes Toby Keith you are a LEGEND!! May you rest in peace, you truly beautiful man. Thank you for the gift of your wonderful music & of yourself. ❤
I will always love Toby Keith's music and his movies!! He was a great singer that I never had the chance to meet! I always wanted to go to one of his concerts. My heart hurts for his family and friends and the soldiers that met him. He was a music ICON! I own 2 of the movies that he starred in, and I will cherish them always. I have followed Toby Keith since his first album. At one time I had all of his cds. I stopped when I made the decision to live life to its fullest thru Jesus Christ and now I listen only to hymns and praise and worship. I love Toby Keith and at one time , in my younger life, pictured being his wife. I fell in love with his wife and family and was content with being his friend. I had no idea he was married before that. Lol. I am devastated by his death and I watch and read everything I can on his life and death. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to his family and close friends. He is truly a legend. Always will be a legend. God grabbed up a true warrior and I personally feel better knowing that he is there with Jesus preparing for battle against the evils of our time and the worse times to come.
