Controversial San Marco apartment, storage unit project gets design approval but changes recommended

The Downtown Development Review Board last week granted conceptual design approval for The Lofts at the Southbank, a mixed-use building. However, the Downtown Development Review Board says improvements must be made before construction can begin.

Jeeze, at this point if it’s made out of steel and is more than 3 floors high, I’m all for it. It doesn’t mean Jax will build it though. We’re allergic to growth and progress.
