It a beautiful house but I believe that the house has a potential to be more exquisite than the current looks. Interior deco is not impressive, but the sea views makes you to overlook that poor interior deco. The light used, nah, they’re off. Thanks to the sea view, you’ll forget about these shortfalls. If I was the owner I would have changed that interior deco in 5 years time from now. But after all the location is perfect and they must start a garden around the house, the outsides looks like a construction site.
The Views, the architecture, the color palette, the furniture.......I want to live there!

You're right I found the outside or the yard of the house pretty much dry ..it needs some greenery of some sort
