It was rude of her snobbish friends to be at the house while the family awaited her arrival and they could sit down to dinner. Dad buys her flowers and she throws them aside the moment she saw her friends and then she decides to ditch her family for a night out in Manhattan. Totally wrong. I mean, its a harmless weekend home yet its this huge thing that Denise Huxtable is home for 2 days.
