I picked the easier version (You get an option before the boss that effects the boss's stats) Because my alt account has so few units that meet the criteria of this bosses "gimmick" That being said...
GIMMICKS! In terms of design this is my least favorite boss they have ever made. her "gimmick" has nothing to do with gameplay. She takes 0 damage from Good Servants, and Half Damage from Neutral and Evil Servants. This limits your roster so grealy it's honestly just annoying. And newer accounts can get pretty fucked by it.
Thankfully Berserker Lancelot Heracles and Nero Bride deal normal damage since they have no Good/Evil/Neutral alignment. So if don't have the units to do this. Grab a Heracles or Lancelot support. Bring some taunts/supports and let them deal most of the damage.

Ahhh, I wonder if it's just me. I have my Herc at lvl 80, 6/2/2.
Without buff 10-13k damage
With first skill arounf 20k damaga
But with other servants's buff (gil's, ishtar's, gawain) it still on 20k damage.
Why can't his damage go any higher?

Herc's buff is ATK up and so is Gil's, Ishtar's and Gawain's, Buffs of the same type stack additively. So they do stack but they won't add as much as buffs of different types which stack multiplicatively.
That being said they still stack so they will boost your damage. Gawain's tho is so low it won't do much. And you can still high / low roll on your damage.
So if you high roll with just Herc's buffs you will be around 20k damage and if you low roll with Herc's and Gil's buffs you will still be around 20k

You can use his Bond CE if you have already raised him to Bond 10, otherwise just use Parted Sea and make use of Herc's 1 turn evade and Guts.

A stronger version of Kukurun could literally kill Assassins in a couple hit. I clear that with only Heracles + 1 guts + 1 evade left

Good alignment servants deal 0 damage. Neutral or evil servants deal half damage. Other servants not among these three alignments deal full damage. These servants include Herc (Insane), Zerkerlot (Insane), Nero Bride (Bride) and Nobuzerker (Summer).
