  • I spend the day exploring the city of Davao in the notorious province of Mindanao, visiting a Japanese tunnel from WW2, the San Pedro Cathedral, Davao town hall and the D'Bone Collector Museum.

Grew up in that area maybe a kilometer or so from there, but there are 2 more tunnels ahead to the North-West which was used to hide Japanese artillery and personnel it was much bigger than that one and the other one is same as that one which is also in a park/resort location GAP Farm to be exact. There was a time in Davao that the Japanese population was as large as the Filipino population and most of them stayed at the Mintal area, most of the Japanese were working on farms growing abaca. And as far as I could remember my grandmother's house used the end tail of American (Air 85 pounder) bombs of World War 2 as pots for plants. A side note, 7kms of tunnel is a hoax how in the hell can the Filipino prisoners and Japanese work on such a long tunnel when they are at war against the guerrillas and americans🤪

The word "dictator" was US propaganda only and the world believed it, but that's changing. He wasn't a dictator. He began the first golden age of infrastructure development, copied by Lee Kwan Yew, when it was still a slum area after being kicked out by the Malaysian Federation.
