Hey everyone, Queen has by far become my favorite band ever and it would be my dream to see them live while it’s still possible. Unfortunately i don’t have the money to be able to do it. If any of you could help me that would mean the world to me, even just $1 could make the difference between me being able to go or not. If you want to help you can donate through my paypal link in the description or with the “Thanks” button to the right of the Like button. Of course if you can’t that’s totally okay, and i completely understand :)

Yep - I was privileged to see Queen three times.. late 70's.. met the band once (briefly in a restaurant when my BFF and I were 16)... backstage once, the next year.. but no contact with the band.. and finally, just a concert where I was part of the crowd.. the closest they will come to me on this tour is Chicago (about 2 hrs. drive).. I really want to, bc I finally heard Adam and really think he is good.. I hope you get to see them anyway..

Brian and Freddie wrote the song together. One musician, maybe Mike Moran the co-composer of the Barcelona album, mentioned once, that only a few guitarists are able to play acoustic in a duet with a singer so wonderful as Brian plays.

Such a beautiful song, with lyrics asking the question “is this the world we created?” Sometimes it’s difficult to recognize the world we live in with all its wars & rumors of war. Great reaction Trevor!! 🌎💔

This is one of the very few if not the only song that Brian and Freddie actually wrote together. They needed a little something on an album because they had so much music and had cast so much aside that now they had this little bit of space to fill and the album really needed a soft ballad so they stayed in the studio for a few extra hours and wrote this one together.

I'm seventy four years old and I've been a Queen fan for over forty years. My only regret in life is that I've never seen Queen live!! To see Queen live with Freddie would be beyond belief. It's never going to be possible, but at least I can still listen to their music and talent. Thank you Queen for all the beautiful music you gave us ❤️

Absolutely phenomenal concert at Wembley Stadium United Kingdom 🇬🇧, I actually attended this concert in 1986, Queen never disappoints they were always phenomenal live,This concert was part of the Magic Tour to support their album A Kind Of Magic, and featured 26 shows across Western Europe, in addition the band performed one show behind the iron curtain in Hungry, then in 1986 the last show at Knebworth Park United Kingdom 🇬🇧 was Freddie’s very last live performance ever as he decided not to perform again, but Freddie and his band carried on writing in the studio until it wasn’t possible for him to carry on due to his illness, I am so pleased I also attended Freddie’s last live performance, the crowd at Knebworth Park was estimated to be from , 130-150 thousand people, great reaction thanks 🙏

Hey Trevor. Nice to see you again. I truly love this song live. I think there’s a Budapest version that’s great…every time is slightly different, but that one I prefer for the emotional impact it makes. Thank you again for loving Queen and Freddie as much as I do.

What a meaningful song!!! They only had very little time to put something together, then Brian came up with the nice chords, and Freddie wrote the powerful lyrics, and delivered it with such passion and emotion every time!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼 How amazing!!! Thank you for sharing your thoughts, Trevor. Really appreciate your reaction.

Essa música foi escrita por Freddie e Brian após verem as notícias recentes (da época) sobre a crise humanitaria da época

I'm a huge Queen fan. But to say this is a great message is crazy. It isn't a great message it's a bad message. Even if you agree with it it's obviously a bad message. As in it's literally saying the world we've created is bad... Outside of that I think it's frankly a shallow and inhuman message.. Yes people suffer, people also excell.and create wonderful things. This song revels in the bad side of the world and not only ignores the amazing things humanity has brought to the world, but also forgets that in fact humanity gives the world meaning. I still love the song because it's musically brilliant and beautifully sung. But I can't stand this song being used to come to the conclusion that people have created a "terrible world". That's just nonsense.
