I spoke with my registered agent and they said I could not get anything billed to them only legal mail. Also I now have a partner CO Owner of the L.L.C will he have to go through this process as well?

So let's say you like to have a phone utility bill proof from this company just for one month, it will cost you min. $750 (excluding the $95 VO setup fee). $450 (per year for their Delaware Virtual Office) + $150 Utility Bill Proof service + $120 (One time installation charge) + $30.43/month (excl. usage charges) = $750.43 only for one month phone utility bill. Please note that I didn't include the Virtual Office Setup fee of $95 'cause they currently seem to waive it (for a limited time though). Also I don't know whether you can cancel the phone service after one month without paying a penalty or not.

For your Wyoming LLC is the service address still your home address? Would amazon accept a service address that is different than billing address (which would be ur LLC)? I would imagine amazon is more interested in the service address.

Its easy to open seller ac under a person's name as you can produce all the nec doc. with ease. To be more professional its better to open seller ac under co name. However, if there is no physical co or shop how will there be any documents for utility bill. No way u can link an ub to to a co. Not here! If we reg a co using our home add, there is a chance to link ub to co. Am i right ? But then privacy is compromised! How to resolve this? I do not think this video addresses this. Online platform is linking to a physical address (co.), is naturally a minus point to online business esp for Amazon. Amazon did not think through this in one way. The other it put shoddy sellers at bay so to limit competition. I am genuine seller, what to do? 😔

So I have this same problem. Amazon needs utility bill but none of the bills are in my name. But in the email it also advise that I can use a business license instead. So I got on the irs website and got my EIN. My question is, Can I uploaded the paper that I received for the Irs with my Ein number with my name and address Or do I actually have to register my business with the state to get an actually business license? I'm have some proprietor.

Great job Thinking of a US non-resident, who incorporates a US corp, gets the bank account and arranges for the utility bill and finds out that his country passport is not in the list for verification. Have you ever come across such situation and how to deal with that?
Also, another question concerning bank statements. If I start up a brand new LLC specifically for Amazon FBA, I will also of course be creating a brand new bank checking account for the LLC. I’ve heard (from other FBA CZcams posters) that submitted bank statements for brand new bank accounts can be a “red flag” in the AMZ verification process. Any thoughts you have on this?

The state I live in has the most expensive LLC fees ($500+ to setup plus $500+ annual fee plus taxes) so I'm looking at other states to set it up in. if the Delaware option is less cost effective... if I setup an LLC through Buffalo Registered Agents in Wyoming, do they provide a utility bill from that Wyoming address?
@@mohamedshaban8850 I don't think the registered agent will provide utility bill under your LLC name. But we can ask our bank to send a bank statement (which has your LLC name) to the registered agent's address. I am currently doing the same thing, hope it would work.

Other work around is by the cheque which was issued by the Bank, make sure that the business name & address is accurate.

I would get the LLC in Deleware, get your EIN after from the gov site, then sign up for utility bill.

Somewhat related to this topic, I am peruvian citizen, with an LLC company in Peru, bank statement (debit card) and utility bill with the same adress and company's name. However, Amazon can not pay me directly so I thought I would use Payoneer/Transfer WIse for that porpuse, but I've read some pretty bad horror histories about amazon declining the Payoneer statement and even the letter of ownership.
I was wondering how can I overcome this scenario in order to get through the amazon verification process successfully? Hope you can guide me
Many sellers have used transferwise and payoneer, don't know the specifics but it is super possible.
I asked them and they said "it's not landline phone utility bill, verizon business phone number under your LLC and Ein number", so i confused about that. Also they no longer give internet utility bill service as well. So if i get this verizon business phone utility bill, will it get accepted from amazon? I stucked too much into this topic, and need help about that. Thanks
Yeah, they seem to be changing things up a little bit. Would ask Amazon Seller Support what they accept, they are changing this up all the time too.

Also, another question concerning bank statements. If I start up a brand new LLC specifically for Amazon FBA, I will also of course be creating a brand new bank checking account for the LLC.
I’ve heard (from other FBA CZcams posters) that submitted bank statements for brand new bank accounts can be a “red flag” in the AMZ verification process.
Any thoughts you have on this?
Get some transactions on there for sure, and yes can be a red flag but as long as you have the rest of the documentation you should be fine.

The state I live in has the most expensive LLC fees ($500+ to setup plus $500+ annual fee plus taxes) so I'm looking at other states to set it up in. if the Delaware option is less cost effective... if I setup an LLC through Buffalo Registered Agents in Wyoming, do they provide a utility bill from that Wyoming address?

@@mohamedshaban8850 I don't think the registered agent will provide utility bill under your LLC name. But we can ask our bank to send a bank statement (which has your LLC name) to the registered agent's address. I am currently doing the same thing, hope it would work.

List on your account your Deleware address, so many other things I would need to know as well to give you good advice so take it with a grain of salt.
