- This is a cover of the Original " Tale of Mr. Morton" from Grammar Rock originally performed by Jack Sheldon and now redone by Mr. G, the singing sub of Santa Clarita, Ca. The musical tracks have been mixed and redone by Mr. G as well as the vocals to try and maintain the same feeling as the original version. Hope you like it
I love when people faithfully cover these classics for future generations.
I was born in 1966, so I grew up with School House Rock. I even have all of these on DVD. I am so glad I grew up in this time. Saturday morning cartoons, School House Rock and those commercials in between that teaches you to eat right and brush your teeth. LOVED IT! 💕💕💕💕💕
Dope!
he didn't die. He just is really sick. He is the best sub in the world, in fact he subbed my math class today and sang this song

Awesome job, mate!
awh mr. g such a great sub haha subbed for rancho pico! (:
i wish i could have him as a sub again. i havent had him lately :(
I don't think that putting up a cheap picture of the actual video on is doing a good job. But the music and singing is really good. I was reading some of the comments and I feel bad that whoever this Mr. G was died. He was a really good singer, and I couldn't even tell that this wasn't the original song until I read the title all the way. All over, good job! =)
Mr. G is very much alive.
-I- =have= trouble deciding what to say when -I- =watch= or =listen= to a video or song from "Grammar", because -I- =have been intending= to highlight the subject of each song.
-Mr. G- =covered= this song well.
I'm dying to figure out the chord progression. Any information you can provide would be so appreciated. Thank you!
Does anybody have talent to ship Mr. Morton and his cat?
To me this is kid stuff but i found it a really good video and melody :D
