I'm so happy!
AHA! Happy go lucky me!
I just go my way,
living everyday!
I don't worry!
Worrying don't agree,
Things that bother you,
never bother me!
Things that bother you,
never bother me
I feel happy and fine!
AHA!
Living in the sunlight,
loving in the moonlight
Having a wonderful time!
Haven't got a lot,
I don't need a lot
Coffee's only a dime
Living in the sunlight,
loving in the moonlight,
having a wonderful time!
Just take it from me,
I'm just as free as any daughter.
I do what I like,
just what I like,
and how I love it!
I'm right here to stay
When I'm old and gray,
I'll be right in my prime!
Living in the sunlight,
loving in the moonlight,
having a wonderful time!

Maurice Chevalier, is who made it famous, In 1930. Tiny Tim practiced this and became famous for his high singing voice but people laughed at him. Emulating the old 20-30 songs. We know this as the “Sponge Bob Song” but this song is 100 years old. My Grandmother was born in1899 and my grandfather was born in 1900 so they remember this skit and told me they had it on record. Naturally that was the early 1970swhen I was a little kid but I remember this… Tiny Tim didn’t create this he reinvented it, and he’s got a great singing voice range and pitch.
Very accomplished singer.

He was great indeed!
I agree!!!
On a similar note, Klaus Nomi did something similar, in the "that's a guy singing?" type of vocal. He wasn't as amusing or silly, though. Sadly, he died of AIDS in 1983.
This man risked his own life and died to entertain his fans, he had a heart attack on live TV and survived, doctor told him to stop performing on live tv because he'd not live more than one year if he continued, he kept on performing shows and entertaining people anyway.
In his last show, someone asked him if he was okay before he got on stage and he replied "No, I'm not." And then he began performing, his voice tone suddenly got lower and he just fell on stage, dying of a heart attack.
Wow that's really awesome but really sad.
It was actually how wife that asked him if he was okay
@@brunomarllon7 yea he did
Why he got a heart attack

People laughed at him (especially because of this song) but the notes and range he could sing were extremely impressive ❤
Not to mention he had an encyclopaedic knowledge of early 20th century popular music.
Well he made it on TV so he had some mainstream appeal.
you could hear them laughing at the start of this, but by the end they were applauding.

Tiny Tim was so loved by so many people around the world. He was a unique beacon of light in the austere world of the 1960s. He was a very good soul who never hurt anyone, and only wanted to make people happy.
i just noticed how spongebob struggled to lift stuffed animal weights, yet he can cook thousands of krabby patties in 2 minutes tops. then in the episode Neptune’s spatula, he only manages to cook one krabby patty in the cookout. what’s with the varying strength of spongebob squarepants?

I loved this song in the very first episode of SpongeBob, it fit so well for the scene, I've loved it ever since 🥰💕
@@idjut1080, just cuz others perceive you as a joke doesn't mean you are one. Additionally, he wasn't trying to be a joke. It's not his fault that his natural self is seen as a joke to others.
