We went for a drive to help shift our disappointment and figure out what’s next when we saw this house on the hill and I said “I love that house”...when we got to it there was a for sale sign. Looked at it the next day and had a contract by the end of the day! Closing happened in less than 2 weeks. Now we are renovating our dream home we didn’t know we needed!
