Zagreb to Ljubljana S4 E13 [The Final Episode]

Today we completed our 2,890 klm adventure through the Balkans. Our final leg took us from Zagreb, where we spent a couple of days, to Ljubljana where it all started 3 weeks ago. We covered some great roads on the last day, under mainly sunny skies. It’s been a wonderful trip and we have a little wrap up in this video.
