Baking Soda - 1/4 Tsp.
Salt
Sugar - 6 Tbsp.
Egg - 2 Nos.
Vanilla essence - 1/2 Tsp.
Butterscotch mix
Sunflower oil / Olive oil - 1/4 Cup
Vinegar - 1/4 Tsp.
Almonds - 10 to 15 nos.
Sugar - 2 Tbsp.
Butter(unsalted)
Sugar - 4 Tbsp.
Water - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Fresh cream - 1/4 Cup
Milk - 2 to 3 Tbsp.
Whipping cream - 1 Cup
Lemon yellow colour - 2 drop

I tried this cake and it came out really well and i could get 3 layers. But in the middle layer the centre was very had. And other portions all cake turned out perfectly. What could be the reason and any suggestions?
