I discovered your videos a few months ago and I love all of them! It's so important to take time for yourself and the little things really do count if you do a couple of things a day you love ❤.
Some stuff I love include: music when getting ready, picnics, reading outdoors on the grass, watching sunsets 🌇 and trying new dishes at the weekend plus treating myself to a new nail polish in different colours or a new shower gel or scrub or candle. 🤩

Justamente hoy he estado de un estado de ánimo extraño. Todos estos días me he sentido bajoneada pensando en la vida y todo lo que conlleva. Yo tengo muchos privilegios y he sido afortunada en muchas cosas pero he estado reflexionando que son precisamente esos momentos que mencionas en el video lo que hace que la vida cobre valor y que la disfrutemos. Inclusive alguna vez vi un video sobre un estudio de personas a las que llegaron a la conclusión que lo que más satisfacción le causaba al ser humano era tener “relaciones de conexión” con la familia, amigos y pareja. Crear momentos y recuerdos. Y tiene mucho sentido. Me encantó el video. Me hizo sentir mucho mejor. 🤍

Happy you're doing fine, Vic! Your hair looks pretty. Also, O wanted to know if you've ever heard about neuroarchitecture studies on colors and how they affect our brain! It says some things about the excess of color grey and beige, like not being that good to our emotions as well, it's very interesting!
Where do you live Victoria? It must be the Southern hemisphere as it is summer over there. We sorely miss summer in the UK this time of year and your video was just the thing to watch.
