Simple and Quick Chocolate Cake Recipe with Crumble and Cherries - Przepis Mojej Mamy - Salceson❤️🍒

This cake is all about the taste!The chocolate sponge is lovely and soft with a sweet taste of the crumble and lovely cherries running through it.
The name of the cake came from a meat u can buy in Poland- Salceson. It looks like it but believe me it doesn't taste anything like it! It's a recipe that me and my mum used to make together ❤️ it's so quick and easy, you will be making it every week!
Let's bake!
Ingredients:
Crumble:
125g cold unsalted butter
110g caster sugar
225g plain flour
2 eggs (room temperature)
1/2 cup sour cream (room temperature)
1 and 1/2tbsp cocoa powder
1/2tbsp baking soda
150g cherries*
*I used frozen, I took them out about an hour before and rinsed them with water, then dried them properly with paper towel.
You can also use fresh pitted cherries or from a can.
Make runny icing using icing sugar and water
