I too am of the opinion that film isn’t going anywhere. I am encouraged by the new players in the market and new films coming out, almost flying in the face of the high prices from current film manufacturers. That said, I fell in love with shooting expired film back in the late 90s because of the “surprise” and oftentimes beautiful aspect of the resulting images. These days the cost savings of expired films just adds to my desire to keep using it. Great channel sir. Please keep expressing yourself and sharing your thoughts!

Expired film will always have a special place in my heart! It definitely helped solidify my love for this medium
Thanks for the kind words :)

    Well, it’s a demand problem. So…..
we should shoot more film I guess.
Same with Fuji being the only supplier for precut ra4 colorpaper.
There’s plenty b&w but only 1 color in 3 flavors.

Aerochrome??????? are you kidding me??? I refuse to believe it. Nothing is good at ever going to happen to the photography community. I don’t understand how this could even be possible.

Now don’t get me wrong, I absolutely love 220 film, but… Just change the film stock out. 220 is already twice as expensive as 120. So why the heck does it matter? Changing out the of the funnest parts of photography, it’s just lovely, especially with 120 film. So why would you give that up just to get really nothing else? All you do is lose the film changing in between roles.

I agree, i love the feeling of changing out film, and you can change out 220 the same way as 120!
