Nike - Make it Count | Spec Ad (Sony A7III)

First ever passion project I’ve wanted to do for a while now.
Really wanted to focus on the fundamentals of story telling, composition, lighting, colour grading and sound design.
This piece is inspired from the people who find time to grind early in the morning despite working a 9-5 job. Hopefully this piece depicts the process and the extra push to get out of bed on a cold, rainy winter day just to be a better version of themselves.

Make it Count! Great concept, the story should be the title, forget the product placements, it's too obvious, it's a Nike ad, remember you're connecting with them the people in the story, then just the logo with the line Make it Count. Beautifully filmed and finished, well done!

Hey bro just a heads up. I'm guessing you used either slog3 or 2 with the a7iii and because it is only capable of doing 8-bit color the slog profile will cause color bending and weird pigments of colour on different parts of the video specially on the skin tone, which was pretty evident to me on your video. To fix it use pp8 set to cine4 (which still has similar dynamic range to slog but without all the colour problems). Apart from that I loved the video bro, keep going and I'm sure you will achieve great things 🔥🔥

word of advice, if want your audience to only focus on storytelling, I would NOT mention specs or what camera you use, etc etc you are setting yourself up for critical comments (good and bad) and you will find youself all SPEC'd out with a bunch of techies talking about dynamic range, slog bs(well its not BS) but if your about STORY and at the end of the day, its about STORY STORY STORY...Stop mentioning Specs and tech shh. peace
