Sally and Jefferson’s first wife Martha shared the same father.
Sally was only 1/4 black so she was light skinned.
She was petite and pretty with cute small hands and her feature’s reminded him of Martha.
Jefferson was very good to Sally as she enjoyed many comfort’s the other slaves didn’t.
