Really looking forward to this hammer progression
Honestly man you became top 40 in the world so its still incredible. Also I too have The Score in my throwing playlist.
We are always your fans. Your video is awesome as the most instructive for our normal people.
Jordan I can’t wait to see what you do in the next four years, nothing but support for you dude

Do your thing mate ! focus focus focus and get that gold sir.. more power to you ! amazing work dude it must be easy to wreck your body doing such things

How come you do not throw shot more? I always thought you had so much potential in that event. I hope you make it your content is amazing!
My wrist was never quite the same after surgery on it a few years ago so I decided to focus on discus up to the Olympics. I’m hoping to do some videos on shot put again soon I’ve got some things there I want to test out also.
7:26 Great song! added to my playlist
Dylan Armstrong was a Hammer Thrower (training with Dr. B, gold medal HT winner in 1972 for USSR, in Kamloops) before he specialized in the shotput.
You did your best, rooting for next conquest
You are an inspiration!!!!!
You are great man love you
Good Luck, have some fun but have a look at the discus again, it is an older guy's throw, and you have loads of ability!
You are still young man ! Especially for throwing discus , you have a more appropriate body build for discus rather than Hammer .
Here's my advice coming from a 55 year old who used to throw discus in the 80s and recently i started practice again :
I think you have a thorough understanding of the technique even better than most throwers , you just need to get physically a bit stronger , here you could seek a specialist of body conditioning and start a 4 year program or a 3 year preparation program for the next olympics , just take the boredom away by studying bodybuilding and nutrition but for God sake stick to discuss. I am certain God willing if we can stay alive you'll be a much better Discus thrower and one of the best . Take care .
I know you have way more experience in the hammer but I also dealt with lower back problems and staying low throughout the throw helped with the pain
So what's your plan for Paris. Is it Hammer, or are we going to see some shot and discus again. Or for two years do all three throws and then a year from the Olympics you'll dial in on the event which you have the best chance in? Either way I'll be keeping up because I love the content
I’ll put most of my focus on discus still. I just want to mess around with some hammer and shot to get some extra content out there and keep things fresh and fun for myself.
I do love hammer though so if my back holds up and my technical ideas help I wouldn’t mind practicing it a bit to see if I could double for the next Olympics ;)
Try learning Highland Games
You have lots of years ahead of you, Al Oerter threw his PB, 69.47, at an age of 44.
Seeing some vague crossover to those ice skating fast spins.. lol disclaimer I do not condone this as next extreme sport idea, don't kill yourselves ice hammering 🤣
turn to dr.Bondarchuk
You are an incredible inspiration. Your dedication and optimism is what makes this the most real throwing channel I know of. Much respecto!!
