Django Reinhardt Original "Artillerie Lourde" // Joscho Stephan Trio - Hudba
Wunderbar! (I had to ask Siri how to say "wonderful" in German.) You three gentlemen are my favorite feel good musicians on the planet. Thank you for making this old guy smile again and again. Blessings from Kansas~ 😃😄😀
Volker Kamp laying it down on this one with the meaty tone. Tight solo lines also.
I don't know how you do it, but you just get better with every song. It's just mind blowing, unreal.
Joscho. You make this style "digestible". It's fantastic. Are you aware of bringing new blood to this gypsy genre that has been exhausted for so many years? You are a light. A beacon that will inspire new vocations. Thanks. You are a great man...
Three very cool and talented dudes, just shooting the breeze with effortless mastery! Bravo gentlemen
Well said Robert!
With that opening riff reminiscent of "Tuxedo Junction," this casual-sounding bit of brilliance catches one by the ears, winds around the brain, and doesn't let go.
Man, if *anyone* ever says that acoustic instruments can't make rhythmic, upbeat, with-pace music, I will say: "Want to bet?" And then tell 'em to give any song by Joscho a listen & get back to me. Fantastic guys!
Nice. Coooool base. An had a chuckle at the quotes too.
An old favorite played in an entirely new and imaginative way. Love the back & forth between you guys. BRAVO 👏👏👏
Wäre doch die "Artillerie" weltweit so musikalisch - wir hätten wohl einen anderen Planeten. Wiedermal so schön und sommerlich erfrischend. Vielen Dank , die Herren.
Simply awesome. And those who know me will know I almost NEVER use that word 😊😊😊👍

Apart from sex, music, although not all, is the only thing that can make the hairs stand up on the back of my neck, and you lot have no trouble making that happen. The bass just makes me melt, although i don't know the players name, yet. My dad was a bass player in the 1950s, he played with all, and recorded with many, of the Little Giants, Ronnie Scott, Tubby Hayes, Don Rendell, etc etc. I have been trying to follow in his footsteps for many many years but am finding the double bass a bit hard to master. I've finally arrived at the conclusion that I'll learn to play the single bass first, and then move on.
"Music is the best" Frank Zappa.
