In this episode Napapijri set us a challenge that throws the boys into full creative director mode.
The challenge: Collaborate with a photographer of your choice on a magazine spread featuring a young creative dressed in Napapijri’s Tribe collection.
The boys compete to see who can create the best magazine feature. This time you man at home decide who wins - based on the words, visuals and how they come to life on the page.

Dex working with that smashed mirror, simple yet lowkey deep loved it. Danny's look gave me hella oasis vibes, bloody lovely. Shaq with the collaging makes the magazine look so put together and the colours were just a vibe. Elias the photos on the contact sheet were so mad, again A VIBE. Love you guys, keep doing what you're doing, your inspiring the generation thank you :)) Also the fleece pullovers are just such a simple yet stylish piece for the upcoming seasons, imagine the yellow one in autumn 😍

Elias is the best this time, the concept is excellent and the shoots are elegant and creative
these were all gorgeous, i can't even vote. i love watching y'all do stuff where fashion is just the core but it focuses on teaching creative direction and pulling a full project together as opposed to the outfit being the primary focus. Y'all should do like at least like a side thing where it's more like step by step 101 creative direction stuff as opposed to competitions, where kids can learn about like tactics for organizing and amassing resources and budgeting and directing and time management and working as creatives in a group setting, just like teaching about how to get projects off the ground on the more "business" side of things
When they talked about getting bad art grades but still going into fashion it really resonated with me because my second worst gcse grade this year was Textiles yet it’s my favourite subject - as they say I think they box you in when you do it for gcse because there so many restrictions and so much to do in a short period of time I felt. I’d been feeling pretty bad lately about my grade considering I’d spent literally every waking hour doing my textiles work (literally going into school and hour early every morning and doing it in every lunch break and free period etc) yet got such a frustrating grade so knowing that others still succeeded without getting amazing grades at gcse level really made me feel better
i did IGCSE art, and painted with cassava, and did a huge piece on nudity and women, i got a C. IGCSE is shit.
Art is subjective bruv. Some of the grestest artist ever failed art class.

I'm in Ap 3d art right now and if feels stupid and rushed. The projects are due once a week and none of the students have any originality in their work. The teacher show an example and they all copy it. The class feels more of basic technique than a test of true ability. Not everyone can be an artist just as not everyone can be a mathematician or physicist. I feel art is slept on in our current school system to the point where most student dont even know the difference between shapes and art. Art without emotion or a message isn't art at all. If you look at your work and dont see a reflection of yourself or your emotions, you aren't creating anything important.

I absolutely adored Dex's shattered mirror photo, not only because its easy on the eyes and visually stunning, but also it has an added message that is sentimental to the creators. Anyone can relate to having a hard time and dealing with difficult emotions and i feel like his lookbook had more of a combination of aesthetic and meaning! I LOVE IT!!

Smashed it again guys great ep x I think a cool challenge to do would be to dress up in any outfits you like and go to the streets, ask strangers with one item that you think is sick to swap one item from your fit, until the whole outfit is completely new. Best swapped fit wins. Just an idea cause the eps when you get involved with us fans are so cool, we love you so much

Elias’ was so sick as soon as I saw the floating devices I knew that it was going to be amazing. The colour scheme and layout of his magazine was really aesthetically pleasing. I think the whole collection is pretty cool and the idea behind it being genderless I think really highlights what fashion should be like in the future without any prejudices and discrimination

I really like the PAQ episodes with fashion as a background theme and creativity as the main thing, like for example the Hot mess Episode. Every time I'm really impressed by the diversity they show, not only in terms of fashion but also of general mindsets and ideas, anyway. My favourite piece from the collection are the yellow macau pants because i can see great color blocking opportunities in them. i would actually really like to read all of these interviews, but i guess im lucky if i can get one of them in my hands. Keep it up guys you're doing more than great :^)

I just feel like that's the first challenge ever where you can not pick one of the four as the main winner. They all put such effort in their art work and the idea behind every single concept is just amazing! To me it seems like they all put so much meaning into it just by working with their buddies, idols, best friends, mates...(aunts n uncles...)
Shaq: the different lenses and the goldfish.. but still the idea of seeing through something and changing perspectives.
Danny: oldschool... really clean polaroids..harmony of the background colours. Works always.
Astroboy: just the entire 'on air' thing...everything fits perfect. The flying subjects...the radios..and so on.
Dexter: 'he sees himself broken'.
Like how you turn an accident into art.
In my opinion you really can't choose one of them.
What I personally love about the brand u guys have partnered with is the parkers...and the really clean colours..

I think this episode was the hardest to judge because all of your ideas were so unique and strange yet with the help of the photographer they looked perfect. The simplicity and the chaos all work in their own way but I had to vote for Shaq because I love the way he cut the pictures up and taped them into the magazine, that sort of look is amazing to me. This was such a good episode and my favourite piece from the collection is the beja sweatshirt.
This is by far one of the most creative episodes on PAQ, I loved it!! Dexter concept is insane and very creative. But my favorite is Elias’s, I loved it entirely.

Everyone killed it, this has officially become one of my top 3 episodes. You all did so great and I love that each magazine was so uniquely beautiful. I can tell a lot of thought went into each magazine which is why the end result was so great. This episode taught me to think outside the box and try things I usually wouldn't because shak took a fish and turned it into a beautiful art piece. Elias did the same with cabels, danny did it with a simple blue background and basic props and Dex with mirrors (I loved how you still incorporated the broken mirror, im clumsy too btw😂). You guys are all so talented and have blessed my eyes today. Thank you so much for being you, you inspire me and many more everyday. Ps. Had to give the win to Elias because I loved the vibe of the pic, it was so well put together. What made it great was that you wanted to tell the audience a story, and thats exactly what you did. You guys have a beautiful friendship which im sure made it easier, great job👏👏. Thank you guys so much for always putting a smile on my face every thursday❤
I think I like Dex's the best, he really had it nailed down with simplicity. What sets his zine apart from the others is the details that were focused on the brand. It really did look like a lookbook, but with a VIBE.5. Shaq had some awesome photography, and he really captured his homie's character (dude seemed like he would fit right in to Fresh Prince.) Elias is similar to shaq, but it was more about the concept and the props more than anything else. Danny really nailed a look down, and he captured his homie's character well as well.

I love the conversations you guys had with your models, it really showed the friendliness yous show. also bringing back old friends of yours was a great idea and created a sentimental feel to each magazine. I honestly love watching these videos. I just recently got on paq and I truly appreciate the quality of all their videos and their work. In this challenge, especially, you can see everyone’s talent and creativity shine through their work. It was so hard trying to pick my favorite because I thoroughly enjoyed what each of them had to offer.
This might just be my fave episode cause im watching it twice lol.

I love how creative Shaq's concept it is, really shows the personality. I love how he rescanned his images and collaged it, love the green tape details and the typography used for a quote. just love love love. All the boys did incredible, it always seems to amaze me how different each of them turn out with a project-- really shows how different each of their personal styles are!
Had a really crap week. This has cheered me up ☺️ I forgot to mention that I loved all the covers but Shaq's was my favourite (may be some bias there lol but I liked the idea of using the fish bowl and the magnifying glass as it was unique, but the scrapbooking idea was sick too). I really like the purple teddy bear outerwear piece that Elias had on at the end (but in black because my style tends to be similar to Dex haha). 🐻🚀

I really loved the recent collaborations with all the brands you guys have been doing recently. This was a really unique and awesome video. I felt like the whole team "smashed it" with all of the magazines. Elis I loved the radio theme in your shoot I thought the hanging radio instruments were a wonderful idea. Danny like usual surprised me again, you often approach challenges with a simplistic mind set but it still comes out really well. I love the model you used, his character seemed very outgoing. Dex, this could have been the best photo shoot you've ever done. I thought it was great that you focused on flashing the brand, the mirrors were a great way of doing that. Also the broken mirror added a little more meaning to the magazine. My favorite piece would have to be from your shoot which is the the yellow jumper, it was perfect. And finally Shaq, when i saw the gold fish I was like whatttttt, but then you did some dope thing with it which I thought was great. You had great camera angles and lots of colors which added to the quality of the photos. I was unable to get any of your magazines due to the fact that I live in the U.S. which was unfortunate. Well done all of you I hope to see more stuff like this soon!

You guys are such an inspiration. Ive gotten so much more into local art and fashion through this show. I found it amazing to think of radio jockeys as rockstars and to see how he views himself as an outlet and way of entertainment for peoples ears, so much bigger than just a radio dj. My favourite magazine was Dex’s as always and my favourite piece was either the black jacket Zak wore or the yellow one Rene wore.

This episode gave me chills .. I’m in tears how beautiful this was. Obviously creating /making my own magazine has been my dream since forever and this episode really inspired me in a way I can’t but in words. My personal favorite was Elias , I really loved shaqs work as well🙌🏾✨

All of these were mad but my favourite was Elias'. Whilst the others were more about personality (aside from Dex's, whose theme was more about introspection), I thought Elias' incorporation of his mate's radio presenting background was very effective. And also the images had such good vibes. This episode was sick because you could really distinguish between each of the 4: the hip hop musicality of Elias' world, Shaq's artistic creativity and kookiness, Danny's British rockstar energy, and Dex's hidden depth. Great ep

Elias’ and Shaq’s were so warm toned 70’s Studio 56 inspired to me. SO MUCH LOVE! Out of all of them, I could see both of their ideas being done in the 70’s and basically now I’m like Fader mag and stuff. Amazing stuff.
Definitely been looking forward to this collection so I was so stocked to see them working with Napapijri!! Love the sweatpants macau, you really don't get much funky purples like this collection.
