Happy Martin Luther King Day, everybody! In addition to hosting her own show, Amber is also a writer for @Late Night with Seth Meyers and last year for his show, she wrote a special song just for this holiday. She wanted to share it with you again, so enjoy!
Show Synopsis: Amber showcases her signature smart-and-silly take on the news of the week, responding to it all with a charming, late-night mix of seriousness, nonsense and evening gowns.

I got up today and shouted, "YAY - It's Martin Luther King Day!" And then I wrote a letter to the 'soon-to-be-former-president' Donald J. Trump, discussing his enablers' call for calm, and 'unity and healing', and used one of Dr. King's quotes: "True peace is not merely the absence of tension; it is the presence of justice." We want ACCOUNTABILITY for his incitement of insurrection against the United States of America! No Accountability/No Justice - No Unity/No Healing!!

Amber, your song reminded me of the day that the voting rights bill was passed, I was about 12, I jumped on my bike and rode around my all white Franklin Square, Long Island block, cheering and waving to people to join me in the celebration.
When I got home, I asked my mother why no one joined me in the celebration, she explained that they might not have heard about it yet. I was confused by their lack of enthusiasm.
