-100 Sq yd Villa is expected somewhere in the end of the next year of 2024.
After that the Registry is done after acquiring the OC and CC Certificates from the Greater Noida authority.

@@DEEPAKSINGH-kb6kpSir I cannot tell about the High Rise tower progress work and it's timeline in this project but for villas the said time line is also added up with a grace period time of 6months added extra to the set time frame for handover of this project. it is also mentioned in Builder buyers agreement too, as the handover is BARE-SHELL most of the work of villas is complete.
For 275,200,150 category,
The paper work of OC and CC certificates is taking time up to my knowledge.
And it may take little more time for all the official formalities to be completed.
But yes Category 125 and 100 sq yd will take little more time.
But it's not a high rise building just 2 story Bare shell villa and builder may complete it on time (including given grace period time).

Good. Is migsun still with hemisphere team for vasant vihar construction of villas or only hemisphere team is building? What is the price of golfians and villas in there?
What us the latest status of this project sir. Is it safe to invest for end use in this project ? Can there be any issues in Registery of authority dues are unclear etc.
It's a prime location golf course property very near to the alpha dalta metro line, and very few golf course properties are available in greater noida (only 2 or 3 projects)and i think -the construction is going on, in full swing on this project and if their will be any issue with the project at present the construction process will also be stopped by the authority till the issue is resolved by the builder with the authority.
Registry might take sone time to execute because in greater noida areas it is observed that From the time of the occupation certificate granted to the builder by the authority it general take 10 to 12 months for the arrangements to be done( work like offer of possession to all) to getting project unit finally ready f or registry, in other migsun's ultimo project it took about 10 months to the builders to get that project ready on papers to get registry stared after the possession been offered.
Otherwise for your satisfaction you can also check the statue of the project with the authority anytime,
