Earlier this week, the crew rolled through Tempest North County to test out the brand-new Big Airbag. All Tempest locations recently swapped out their foam pits for these new Big Airbags. If you haven't yet, hit up your local Tempest Freerunning Academy to try it out.

Aww a part of me will miss the foam, even tho I don’t even live there lol, just visited once
But I feel like you’re less scared of breaking your neck or landing in a limb in the foam pit
But yeah Nate’s points are valid, I hate foam getting in my eyes…idk pros and cons all around for both set ups
I think foam for beginners is ideal but air bags is for advanced
But come to think of it, I feel like you can just place a mat over the foam to mimic a stable landing surface
But you can’t place a ton of foam over an air bag 🤷‍♂️
