We’ll it’s for personal use. There after in each city I’ll build this way instead of renting. Land I will have to buy.
Thereafter I might rollout an entire business of building like this and renting out warehouses. Barebone warehouses are a further 25-30% cheaper as no sandwich panels will be used
Also don’t do anything here until you have been on the ground. I’ve now been here 5 years Alhamdulillah and got a grip of things
