There is one way around this:If after you fire the bomb, if you stay still (don’t move, barrel roll, anything), the OHK missile will just fly through your ship and do no damage.
Yeah this "super missile" is strong enough to instant kill you and if you have the blue shield, it remove 50% of your health bar.
