When drawing a portrait, I like to start out drawing the eyes. The spacing between the eye is the space of one eye in general. Once we have the eyes drawn, we are able to get the nose and mouth placement by ways of measuring vertically from the eye along with angles. Then everything else is just shading.
In general, pretty female faces is harder to draw than male faces. The delicate features of the female face requires a softer touch in shading.

Wei. Your work is great.
Trust me when I say this, you shouldn't have to explain anything to anyone why you think your drawing makes her looks a little older or not.
Hence! Shes going to get older anyways. There are no artist on the planet makes their drawings looks 100% flawless on their drawings.
Even if it's hyper definition drawing.
But, to those who always admires another artist work, maybe 100% accurate to them. And that's okay. And one main thing I truly like about your work, is that you stick with consistency in your work, without even using a measuring stick.
My medium is also charcoal pencil as well.
So continue to keep up with the wonderful work.
