  • In this video, we go over how Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) can significantly contribute to your muscle-building journey. EMS stimulates your muscles in ways traditional workouts can't, focusing on the three main paths to muscle growth: mechanical tension, muscle damage, and metabolic stress. I have a full deep dive into this in my previous video, which you can find here: • How Does the Body Add ...
By adjusting EMS frequencies, our EMS system precisely targets both slow and fast-twitch muscle fibers, which is crucial for serious muscle development. Pro tip: the effectiveness of EMS hinges on the quality of the device, which is why precise frequency control for targeted muscle stimulation is so important.
Whether you’re aiming for the burn of low-frequency stimulation or the intense contractions from high frequencies, EMS training is a unique and powerful method for enhancing your muscle strength and size.

From what I've read it is not considered effective for building muscle mass, but only muscle strength and endurance. But your video suggests it does.

@@MrBencarp I think the video covers everything on how the body adds muscle and how that is achieved with EMS. What is it that you're looking for more explanation on?

Can a home suit, do the trick? If so, which brand/suit/shop would you recommend?

Friend, what about food? I am thinking to go to this, but is there specific food to eat to gain muscle? My primary objective would be arms and shoulders, so I would need to eat like I am going to regular gym? Can you please answer me, but without regular gym? I am single dad, working 2 jobs... I just dont have time for regular gym, but most important to me is this: can I truly gain MUSCLE ON MY ARMS and body with this WITHOUT regular gym workout? In lets say 2 months. I saw EMS traning in my city here, and I saw prices, it's not cheap like regular gym so thats why Im asking...

Prioritize protein. A good place to start is by doubling the amount of protein you're currently eating. Most people aren't anywhere near the amount they should be getting. We have lots of videos on nutrition as well you can check out. You can absolutely gain muscle with only EMS. All of my workouts for the last 5 years have been EMS. I'm 190 lb, 8% body fat. All of our clients do only EMS

@@activewave Thank you for your reply, greets from Europe. So I guess some of those regular-gym youtubers who say that EMS is only good for helping muscles in atrophy, they're just pushing ofcourse their own views, not facts right? I mean lets be honest, I know regular-gym work is hard, but ofcourse those who runs those gyms also ARE LIVING from that, and it is not in their best interest to just come and say; "hey EMS truly can build your muscle structure.", because none of them will say that I can see troughout youtube, and it's not only because they're old fashion people who believes only in hard work of regular-gym, but it's also about they're money in all of this industry, right? cheers

I would say that likely a majority of the people commenting that it doesn't work have not tried it themselves. Building muscle is a complex process, but you can definitely build muscle with EMS, and spend less time with your workouts.

Can this achieve larger muscles without working out while using EMS?

Can you clarify? Do you mean using EMS but not working out with EMS? Or do you mean doing EMS workouts instead of traditional weight workouts?

This is only worth it if your muscles have serious atrophy. Not worth the time or money if you're a normal healthy individual.

Pubmed is a wonderful place. A whole bunch of studies stating that yes, they can help build muscle, especially on atrophied muscles. But none of them say it's better for muscle building or strength development than traditional exercise. And it's definitely not cheaper or affordable by comparison.
