Sir in rheumatic heart disease module , the mcqs follow harrison ( arthritis is most common, valproate for severe chorea , prophylaxis age 21 ,21 ,40) and pedia says ( carditis is most common c/f , diazepam for chorea and prophylaxis with 18, 25, 40 ) sir what should be followed in exam , please guide 🙏🏻

Sir, ques 5 was not specifically stranger anxiety, it was : A child has started to put things in mouth, laughs aloud, and feels sad on not seeing familiar faces (not exact words but it meant something around this). What is the age?

Yes sir. In Q no 5 it was very clearly mentioned laugh loud , and in last they asked earliest age of the child to attained. In option 4 month was there so I chooses 4th month becoz of loud laugh
Q no 10. All were Long options with mentioned ant neuropore closure at 4th week
Based on your inputs - brings objects to mouth, laughs out loud, shows displeasure when social contact is broken - then the answer has to be 4 months.
Boss transferring object from one hand to another is 7 months and it was given in option .

Sir 4th question la image kudukala and they mentioned yellow pustules on central part of trunk aprm question 8 la bowing of legs was also there

Sir in the question 4 i am sure they mention the lesion has yellowish crust in the center, so should it not be pustular melanosis?
Still possibility is for Erythema toxicum only.
Sir for 15th question gastric decompression was also there in options!!
