This was Epic.
I grew up in a posh destination with high-end retail. And all I cared about were good calligraphy pens and animals and Nature… and of course, meaningful friendships. … i never much cared for the pretentious, glittery cold atmosphere of those high-end dept stores.
Seeing Wrinkle in a posh store, changing the atmosphere and delighting the countenances of everyone in the store is Priceless. Everyone dissolves into childlike wonder and joy.
These people are going to remember That Day at Bloomingdales or Nieman Marcus, when they were looking for Chanel, and ended up petting a duck.
You have restored a piece of Childhood to these people. They will always remember Wrinkle and feel a smile inside they forgot was still there.
